Who operates this service

Before You Quit is operated personally by Rajesh Shethia, who determines how application information is used for reviewing and coordinating the consultation.

Information you choose to provide

The application collects your name, email address, WhatsApp number, current role, years of corporate experience, what you are considering, and the two written reflections you submit.

Please do not submit bank statements, account numbers, medical information, confidential employer information, or other documents.

How it is used

Application information is used to review your request and, where relevant, contact you about this consultation. It is not used for marketing and is not sold.

Valid applications are stored in a restricted Google Sheet used by the people responsible for reviewing and coordinating consultations.

How long it is kept

Applications that do not proceed are retained for up to 90 days and are then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required for a legitimate legal or security reason.

Application information for completed consultations is retained for up to 12 months after the consultation for coordination and service records. Payment and invoice records are retained separately for the period required by applicable law.

Service providers

Limited information may be processed by service providers used for website hosting, Google Sheets storage, email or WhatsApp coordination, online meetings, manual payment administration, and Google Analytics 4 after consent.

Providers receive only the information needed for their role and are not permitted to use application information for independent marketing.

Website analytics

Google Analytics 4 is enabled only after you choose to allow analytics. Application answers and contact details are not sent to analytics. You can change your saved analytics choice using the settings control in the footer area.

Your choices and privacy requests

To request access, correction, updating, withdrawal, or deletion of information submitted through the application form, email rajesh@rajeshshethia.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
